These terms apply to all purchases made on Beziy.com by private consumers (B2C).

3. Product & Order

• All products are sold as described.
• By placing an order, you make a binding purchase offer.
• A purchase contract is concluded when we confirm the order via email.

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices include VAT (where applicable).
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, ShopPay (Shopify Payments), Google Pay.

5. Delivery

• Orders are packed and shipped from our logistics facility in Germany.
• Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

6. No Return Policy for Personalized Products

Due to the nature of our products (e.g., QR code with personal message), we do not offer returns or cancellations once an order is placed, in accordance with EU consumer law for customized goods.

7. Warranty

Legal warranty rights apply. Contact us if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

8. Liability

We are liable only for intentional or gross negligence. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by Estonian law. The place of jurisdiction is Tallinn, Estonia.
