Right of Withdrawal

No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products

According to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

All our gift boxes are personalized through the inclusion of individual video or text messages, connected via a unique QR code. As such, each order is custom-made for the recipient.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Exceptions

Returns may only be accepted if the product arrives:

Significantly damaged in transit
Incomplete due to a packing error
Defective or malfunctioning

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@beziy.com and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Legal Basis

This policy is in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which states:

"The consumer shall not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 9 to 15 in respect of contracts: [...] (c) for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized."
